By connecting a wallet and using Zahab, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Zahab is a non-custodial interface for buying and selling PAXG, a gold-backed token, using your own Solana wallet. Zahab never holds your funds, your private keys, or the underlying gold at any point.

Every Buy or Sell is a direct, wallet-to-wallet swap routed through Jupiter's DEX aggregator on Solana. You approve each transaction yourself; Zahab cannot move your funds without your signature.

Nothing in Zahab is investment, financial, or tax advice. Gold prices move, and Zahab makes no guarantee about future value. You are responsible for your own decisions.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Zahab, and you're responsible for making sure using Zahab is lawful where you live.

Zahab is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zahab is not liable for losses arising from wallet compromise, network outages, third-party services (including Jupiter, Solana, or Paxos), or market movements.

Zahab may offer an optional rewards points program — earned by referring a friend or otherwise set out in-app. Points have no cash value, are never redeemable for cash, a bank transfer, or a stablecoin, and cannot be sent, gifted, or transferred to another user. Points expire 12 months after they clear if unused. Zahab may void points earned through abuse of the program, and may change or end the rewards program or its catalog of redeemable rewards at any time. No reward in the program is a chance-based prize or lottery. The rewards points program is separate from — and never to be confused with — Zahab's separate ambassador program, which pays a small number of manually-approved participants a real cash commission.

Zahab may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
